Washington, DC – Corporate/FinTech Staff Attorney 2 Minute ReadFebruary 20, 2026 The Financial Institutions Corporate & Regulatory practice group of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a non-partnership track staff attorney with at least 5 years of experience with either federal government banking agency, in-house or private practice experience with bank regulatory and/or financial product development experience. Additional relevant experience that is preferred includes one or more of the following: bank operations and related regulatory issues; financial services technology contracting; and/or financial services product development (including regulatory issues and consumer/business-facing terms and agreements). An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will have a billable hour expectation of approximately 1800 hours. The position is for either the D.C. or Dallas office. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $210,000 to $225,000.
