Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the Quick-Lane service area, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle servicing
- Perform and oversee routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, fluid replacements, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs
- Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and power tools to identify issues accurately and execute repairs effectively
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
- Train and mentor team members on proper repair techniques, safety procedures, and best practices in automotive service
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Experience
- Proven dealership or automotive service center experience with a strong background in mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance
- Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or leading a team of technicians or service staff
- Extensive knowledge of automotive fluid replacement, tire service, alignment procedures, and minor mechanical repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
