We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused person to support our airport operations. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and secure check-in experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify passenger identification and ensure bag tags match ID names
• Tag luggage accurately and place on conveyor belt with proper spacing
• Ask standard security questions in accordance with TSA guidelines
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers
• Follow all safety and security protocols

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage as needed
• Prior experience in airport or customer service settings is a plus
