** Internal Workers – Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Huntington Hospital Employee Login Expectations: Assists Concierge Manager with operations of the Concierge Services function while providing an exceptionally high level of customer service to hospital staff, physicians, volunteers and vendors. Works closely with Concierge Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Assists in developing and implementing concierge services, EAC committee, employee engagement initiatives and coordinates employee events. Ensures all Concierge projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. This position may require flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the retail management, concierge services or hotel industry required. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Only authorized staff with a valid driver's license is permitted to drive hospital golf cart. Clearance is required. SKILLS: Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and internet search engines. Experience in using retail point of sales and/or concierge administration systems strongly preferred. Exemplary time management skills. Strong communication and organization skills essential. Maintains knowledge of general employment law and cash handling best practices. Ensures compliance with government regulations and Huntington Hospital policies and procedures. Effectively and professionally communicates in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and vendors. Ability to incorporate change and adapt to new duties. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
