Job Description
- Lead FP&A for Consumer & Regional Banking Branch, Marketing, Business Management, Deposits, and Digital segments., including annual planning, multi-year forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Provide insights to senior leadership on profitability, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation.
- Drive automation and process improvement for financial reporting and analytics.
- Ability to attract, develop, and manage high performing team
- Lead Financial close, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting for Branch, Marketing, Business Management, Deposits, and Digital segments.
- Ownership of P&L performance, capital & depreciation expense analysis & decisions, and regulatory compliance considerations.
- Partner with CRB Segment and Finance Leadership Teams on Strategic Planning, long-range planning, and executive decision support.
- Partner with segment leadership to create financial business cases for new strategies and initiatives; forecast and track strategic initiatives
- Establish regular reporting of Financial Key Performance Indicators
- Partner with segment leadership and segment incentive teams to help design, model and monitor the effectiveness of incentive plans
- Work with segment management to set sales and production goals that are aligned to financial budget
- Facilitate push down of high-level annual segment budget to various geographic markets
- Region level profitability analysis
- Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting required
- Minimum of 10 years finance experience in Financial Services Industry
- Management experience
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint experience required
- Ability to resolve issues & drive performance
- Data visualization skills for executive level presentations
- Management, mentoring, and client partnership skills
- Technical skills: Essbase, excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical, curious, goal-oriented, resourceful, problem-solver
- Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking, executive communication, leadership in change management, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
