Compensation Range
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. Summary:
- Partner closely with business segment leaders and finance colleagues on strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial focus, performance expectations, and initiative reporting with outcomes
- Translate investment and performance data into decision‑ready insights aligned to longer‑term strategy
- Provide advanced short‑ and long‑term financial review, reporting, and analysis on initiatives
- Own recurring monthly and bi‑weekly business case process, including management reporting, initiative tracking, and updates across enterprise planning systems (e.g., Essbase / SmartView)
- Review off‑cycle and expedited investment requests, partnering with business, finance, and technology teams to deliver timely analysis and approvals
- Support enterprise expense and capital investment reporting and governance, including analysis, approval tracking, disposition documentation, and executive‑level summaries
- Lead or support end‑to‑end project workflows across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timeliness, data integrity, and audit‑ready outputs
- Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized templates, tracking tools, and reporting artifacts supporting investment decisions and benefits realization
- Leverage automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve process efficiency, insight quality, and financial benefits reporting
- Ensure disciplined archiving, traceability, and documentation for initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of financial analyst/analytics experience
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, forward thinking individual with a strategic mind-set who can drive performance
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex material concisely and effectively across all layers of the organization
- Advanced quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and writing skill
- High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including structured financial modeling and executive presentation development
- Experience building or maintaining financial models and business cases, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Hands‑on experience with planning systems and financial cubes (SmartView / Essbase preferred)
- Ability to automate and standardize recurring processes
- Practical experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance financial insights and benefits reporting
- Experience managing multi‑stakeholder workflows, approvals, and recurring financial cadences
