This role is pivotal in shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies that deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver meaningful, compliant communications across all channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed strategist with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. Compensation Range
$125,000-$255,000 annually
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Key Responsibilities
Customer Lifecycle & Engagement
- Lead onboarding journeys for consumer and business banking customers, driving primacy, direct deposit setup, and account funding.
- Develop and optimize retention strategies and benefit reinforcement programs to increase customer lifetime value.
- Oversee all regulatory and legally required customer communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain high standards of governance and auditability.
- Serve as the enterprise marketing lead for M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless customer transitions and communications.
- Drive customer strategy for product changes and new feature launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Support strategic segment engagement for specialized offerings such as Huntington Honors, Teen Banking, and Caregiver Banking.
- Accelerate digital adoption through targeted engagement strategies and frictionless experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 10 years’ experience in marketing required.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel engagement.
- Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management in a financial institution.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Passion for the customer and a relentless drive to improve their experience.
