Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system
- Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.
- Analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution
- Prepare customer communication.
- Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
- Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research.
- Responds to both internal and external customer requests through both written and verbal communication.
- Assists in developing and maintaining department procedures.
- Positions in this job family must adhere to written policies and procedures and will be regularly audited to ensure compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One or more years’ experience in a customer service-related position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability
- Prior customer service experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Demonstrated dependability (attendance)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements
