Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Consumer and Home Lending to clearly define the underlying business need for reporting and dashboards and translate findings into basic business requirements.
- Work with subject matter experts and business analysts to understand business process and source required data to support the solution.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ETL processes to support business intelligence and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain effective visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards that provide actionable information using business intelligence software (i.e. Tableau).
- On an ad hoc basis, execute reports or analyses, interpret results, and present recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency to business partners.
- Coordinate a project team, as well as be an individual contributor, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related field
- 3 years experience working with large enterprise databases in a complex data environment using business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Understanding of consumer loan products with particular emphasis on home lending origination and servicing processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of data preparation tools & techniques (i.e. experience with Tableau Prep)
- Creative thinker with very strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and balancing work efforts across multiple projects
- Focus on continuous improvement
