Role Description
This part-time on-site Teacher role is located at our Chesterfield, MO center. The Teacher will be responsible for conducting high-quality tutoring sessions in a one-on-one or small group setting, guiding students through customized lesson plans, and fostering academic growth. Responsibilities include delivering instruction in subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, or test preparation, tracking student progress, and collaborating with other staff to address individual learning goals. Teachers play a pivotal role in helping students develop confidence and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
- Background in Education and Teaching with the ability to support students across various academic subjects
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and foster a positive learning environment
- Adaptability and a strong passion for providing educational support and guidance to students
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Certification and/or prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
