Summary

As a Tutor at Huntington Learning Center, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards academic success. Located in a supportive environment, you will help students realize their potential through personalized instruction and encouragement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum goals.
• Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their academic skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
