Assistant Director of Exam Prep (in-person, part-time)

Huntington Learning Center located in Spring is looking for a qualified Assistant Director for our Exam Preparation programs(SAT/ACT, PSAT, TSI, ASVAB, ISEE/SSAT).

For Success, The Assistant Director Must Have

• Minimum of 5-years teaching experience
• Familiar with College Entrance Exams (SAT & ACT)
• An enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality
• A confident and flexible demeanor
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Computer skills -- must be computer literate at a general business level (word processing, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Outlook e-mail functionality)

The Assistant Director’s Typical Day Includes

• Reviewing student programs and ensuring academic achievement
• Instructing students
• Training, scheduling and supervising part-time teachers
• Managing administrative tasks
• Monitoring daily center activities

Hours of Operation - During School Year

• Monday - Thursday: 10:00AM - 8:00PM
• Saturday: 9:00AM - 2:00 PM

Assistant Director Hours - During School Year

• Flexible during the Operation Hours
• 20-30 hours/per week

Huntington provides tutoring in reading, writing, mathematics, study skills, subject tutoring in math & science as well as test prep for high-stakes exams including the PSAT, SAT, ACT, ASVAB, TSI and ISEE/SSAT.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
