After-school Day Care Operator

Job Summary

This is a partnership opportunity, NOT a regular job offer.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced After-school Day Care Operator to partner with our tutoring center as we expand into after-school care services. The ideal candidate will either have an existing day care center, or plans to open a day care center in the near future. We will be relocating to a new facility in a year and the plan is to have the new space to be a day care during the day, and be used as a tutoring center for after school tutoring.

Duties:

• Responsible for acquiring all relevant licenses for an after-school child care center
• Develop, implement, and oversee youth development programs that promote learning, social skills, and personal growth.
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the after-school day care program, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning detailed below:
• Supervise and support teacher and staff members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high-quality care and service.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program by adhering to safety protocols and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate activities, schedules, and resources to create an engaging environment that meets the diverse needs of children.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and program updates.
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance, incidents, and program activities for compliance purposes.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
