At Huntington, we offer children ages 5 to 17 tutoring in ACT preparation, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Study Skills, Vocabulary, Science, High School Entrance Exam preparation, and more.

If you want to HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE THAT MATTERS, we'll allow you to do just that. We are seeking part-time teachers and professionals to help our students excel academically. You will provide instruction to students on an individual or small group basis. At Huntington, there are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade. We offer the opportunity to work after school and on weekends during the school year and more during the summer. We are specifically looking for ACT Math, Science, English, Reading tutors and subject tutors in high school Mathematics.

AP Subjects: Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography

Requirements

• Graduate students, teachers, retired professionals, engineers, and college seniors are all encouraged to apply. Certification is a plus but not required.
• Teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide thorough training.

Qualifications:

✔ 4-year degree (required)

✔ Teaching certification (preferred)

✔ Strong foundation in core subjects

✔ Great communication & ability to adapt to diverse learners

✔ Ability to create and implement personalized lesson plans

✔ Patience and a passion for helping students succeed

✔ Experience with online tutoring platforms is a plus
