- Manage the collection and organization of carts throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness and accessibility.
- Provide information about events, services, and amenities available to guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
- Assist with special events, ensuring that all logistics are managed smoothly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest service.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with golf operations is a plus
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests of all ages.
- Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- A background in customer service and golf is a plus
