We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and create exceptional guest experiences. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and enjoys developing team members, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Manage daily front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest accounting.
• Create staff schedules based on business needs and labor guidelines.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals/departures, and daily business levels.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures and month-end reporting are completed accurately.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Support the team as needed and foster a positive, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hotel Front Office management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.
