Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping using digital tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional customer support and service
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, supplies restocking and calendar management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
