Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cash drawer management with precision
• Maintain knowledge of store products to answer questions confidently and recommend items effectively
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised
• Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately

Requirements

• Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
