**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a focus on office spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our office sites, including property leasing, administration, and maintenance. **Duties:** - Oversee all aspects of property management, including property leasing, rent collection, and maintenance. - Manage and coordinate with on-site staff to ensure the office site is always clean, well-maintained, and secure. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the office space and maximize occupancy rates. - Negotiate with clients and vendors to ensure fair and competitive lease terms. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Fair Housing regulations. - Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with clients, tenants, or staff. - Utilize OneSite to manage and track all aspects of property management, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants, including responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. **Experience:** - Proven experience in property management, with a focus on office spaces. - Strong knowledge of Real Estate administrative practices and procedures. - Experience with property leasing and rental management. - Familiarity with Section 8 and other government housing programs. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively. - Proficiency in OneSite and other property management software. - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
