- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Resolve any guest issues in a professional timely manner
- Utilize both POS and CRS systems correctly
- Keep facilities clean, safe and organized
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to weekends and holidays
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Display excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional manner while answering phones and greeting park visitors.
- CSR-have general knowledge of the park in order to answer any guests questions.
