As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will play a vital role in creating a seamless and meaningful transition experience for our new residents and their families. You will coordinate all move-in steps, ensure readiness across departments, maintain consistent communication with residents and loved ones, and embody our commitment to exceptional hospitality throughout the entire process.

- Guiding families through required documentation, assessments, and readiness checklists
- Maintaining accurate records and timelines for each resident
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the move-in experience reinforces community excellence and contributes to occupancy success
