Move In Coordinator

An immediate and rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced and detail-driven Move-In Coordinator at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge, a premier 210 unit senior living community offering upscale independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Reston, VA.

As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team and reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will play a vital role in creating a seamless and meaningful transition experience for our new residents and their families. You will coordinate all move-in steps, ensure readiness across departments, maintain consistent communication with residents and loved ones, and embody our commitment to exceptional hospitality throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the main point of contact for new residents and families from deposit to move-in
• Coordinating with all internal departments to ensure apartments, services, and welcome experiences are prepared
• Guiding families through required documentation, assessments, and readiness checklists
• Maintaining accurate records and timelines for each resident
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the move-in experience reinforces community excellence and contributes to occupancy success
