Compensation
- 40% commission on completed jobs

Responsibilities
- Perform professional interior and exterior detailing services
- Vacuum, steam clean, shampoo carpets and seats, remove stains, and clean and condition leather
- Wash, wax, polish, and protect vehicle exteriors
- Perform paint enhancement, paint correction, and ceramic coating services (experience preferred)
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Inspect vehicles before and after each service
- Take quality before-and-after photos
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Represent Hunter’s Mobile Detailing professionally at every appointment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional auto detailing experience
- Strong interior and exterior detailing skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable traveling to customer locations throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas
- Paint correction and ceramic coating experience is preferred
Independent Contractor Requirements
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, and other business-related obligations. Applicants must be able to work independently while maintaining Hunter’s Mobile Detailing’s high standards of quality and customer service.
