Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnovers efficiently
- Perform timely repairs and address work orders
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance using standard hand and power tools
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of properties
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
