Job Description:
As a Certified Medical Assistant you will play a critical role in supporting our medical team and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. You will assist in clinical tasks, making a positive impact on our patients' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and record patient vital signs, medical history and prepare them for examination
- Thoroughly review and update patient's medication profiles
- Provide patient education and instructions on treatment plans
- Handle patient intake and other office duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health systems
- Ensure the clinical area is well organized and equipped
- Perform 12 lead EKG's
- Setting patient up with cardiac monitoring
Must be certified or willing to become certified. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Prior experience in a medical setting is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
