Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Call Center Agent to join our busy cardiology office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by answering calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquires related to cardiology services. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate patient information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Manage patient concerns and relay important messages to appropriate staff.
- Follow up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and answer any questions.
