What You’ll Do
As a New and Used Truck Salesperson, you’ll connect customers with the trucks and solutions they need. You will:
- Meet and exceed sales goals by serving existing customers and actively pursuing new business
- Provide expert advice on truck models, features, and financing options
- Assist customers with test drives, paperwork, and the overall sales process
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat sales
- Stay current with product knowledge and participate in training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of related sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)
- State Sales License (can be obtained upon hire)
- CDL (must meet company insurability standards or obtain within 6 months of hire)
