Position Summary
The Rapid Response Team Lead manages urgent break-fixes and high-priority requirements including VIP/General Officer quarters support, Presidential visits, and critical incident response. This position leads a team that must respond rapidly to mission-critical network issues affecting senior DoD leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead urgent break-fix operations and high-priority incident response
- Manage VIP/General Officer quarters network connectivity and support
- Coordinate Presidential visit communications support
- Implement and manage network connectivity across all classification levels
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment including encryption devices, VoIP/VoSIP devices
- Monitor and control project budgets
- Coordinate with JNOSC, Service Restoral Team, TACLANE Team, and physical MAC team
- Manage Crisis Management Team activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field
- 3 years as a Lead Project Manager
- 3 years in DoD IT environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Active TS/SCI Clearance

- Proven self-management and team-management skills
- Demonstrated experience with monitoring and controlling project budgets
- Demonstrated managerial, leadership, and communication skills
