About the Role
Hunter, Smith & Davis is a large, well-established law firm in the Tri-Cities area that has been serving clients since 1916. We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and support daily office operations. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet clients and visitors; answer and route incoming calls
· Open office daily; manage mail, faxes, and deliveries
· Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and Zoom calls
· Coordinate monthly office lunches and litigation lunches
· Assist with court dockets, file management, and data entry (ProLaw)
· Assist with closing out firm files and updating file status
· Perform requested audit reports
· Support billing tasks, including mailing and organizing invoices
· Order office supplies
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
· Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day
