What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Crossbow Technician position at Hunter's Manufacturing Inc., dba TenPoint...?
Job Purpose: To diagnose bow issues and complete bow repairs.
Essential Duties:
- Diagnose issues with bows and complete bow repairs
- Provide support to customers over the phone regarding bow repairs.
- Record all necessary paperwork; Secure payments from customers; Filling bins; Test bows; Putting bows in S Warehouse
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency and ability to use the software required to complete warranty paperwork; knowledge of Epicor is preferred, but not required.
- General knowledge of archery equipment, compound bow mechanics, and triggers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
