What You Get (Up Front):
- No weekends — consistent schedule so you can have a life outside the shop
- Earn $60,000–$100,000 per year
- Base pay of $25–$46/hour plus an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure
- Earn up to an additional $10/hour on every billed hour over 40

The Role: B-Level Automotive Technician
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable technician who can confidently perform repairs across all vehicle systems and handle basic diagnostics and testing. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow in a professional, well-run shop.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- Valid PA driver’s license and PA inspection license
- Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft
