Hunter’s Garage is hiring an experienced Master Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles with confidence and precision. • Unlimited bonus structure: earn up to an additional $10/hour on every billed hour over 40

About the Role:

This is a true Master Technician position. You’ll be expected to diagnose complex vehicle issues independently, perform high-level repairs, and work across a wide range of makes and models.

Hunter’s Garage was built from the ground up by a technician with over 29 years of industry experience, with one goal: to create a shop where skilled professionals are respected, well-compensated, and given the tools and environment to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability with minimal to no supervision
• PA inspection license
• Valid PA driver’s license
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to continued learning and improvement (we cover all training costs)
