We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to manage and execute a variety of projects including salon build-outs, restaurant spaces, medical clinics, office suites, and residential renovations. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors & inspections
- Ensure quality, timelines, and safety
- Communicate progress with ownership
Requirements:
- Proven GC experience
- Strong knowledge of residential & commercial construction
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to start immediately
Pay: Competitive hourly/contract rate based on experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
