We’re seeking a dedicated, motivated, and high-integrity Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental homes across the Killeen-Temple area. This isn’t just a role—it’s a calling for someone who thrives on impact, teamwork, and results.
Must have an active Texas Real Estate License to be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout the Killeen-Temple area
- Build strong relationships with property owners and market our services to grow your portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction through responsive service and clear communication
- Partner with the leasing department to reduce vacancy times and secure qualified tenants
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and keep residents happy
- Drive vacant properties through the make-ready process—ensuring homes are rent-ready on time and to standard
- Conduct property inspections, including move-outs and occupied units
- Manage the full security deposit return process in compliance with company policy and state law
- Execute marketing strategies to attract new property owner clients and expand the business
What We’re Looking For:

- At least 3 years of experience in residential property management
- Current and active Texas Real Estate License
- Professional appearance and communication style

Compensation:
From $16/hour commission (based on experience)
