🛠 Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
📋 Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
💬 Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way
📦 Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
📅 Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling
👨🏫 Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs
📝 Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation
✔ 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
✔ EPA Certification (required) - NATE Certification a plus
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Professionalism - neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
