Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is currently seeking an experienced (remote-based) Part-Time Business Development Representative (20 hours a week) with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground (and project plans) running. What's that, you say? You are someone who works hard and values getting stuff done? We like you already. What else did you say, you have experience in selling ice to penguins and a drive to succeed what you put your mind to? Wow. We REALLY need to talk.

What You’ll Do
- You'll be the first team member completely devoted to the sales process of our organization and with it we'll rely on you to bring your prior experience to help set up processes and standard practices.
- Dedicated to creating new (B2B) leads that can be closed by you and our operational leaders with a final sales call.
- Manage our internal CRM and update all notes within the system.
- You will be asked to make cold calls, from our qualified list, to generate new client interest, but the good news is we have a great story to share and a lot of happy customers who are willing to testify to our success.
- Partner with the marketing team on networking opportunities for our organization.
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers and provide recommendations
What We Would Like from You
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations, and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors and freelancers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
