What You'll Do:
- Oversee all residential installation jobs (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical)
- Lead, coach, and develop installation technicians and parts expeditor
- Ensure jobs are properly staged, equipped, and completed on time and within budget
- Set daily expectations with install teams; review proposals, materials, and tools before each job
- Maintain high standards for safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and complete quality control checklists
- Collaborate with sales and coordination teams to prepare jobs and resolve issues quickly
- Track labor and material costs to meet company financial goals
- Maintain callbacks below 4% through proactive quality control
Who You Are (Required Skills):
- Proven leadership & technical hands-on field experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical installations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules effectively
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- A proactive, hands-on manager who can follow through before, during, and after each job
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
