Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential and light commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer systems, and pumps
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as scheduled
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Educate customers on plumbing solutions and preventive maintenance
• Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately
• Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools
• Represent Ted's with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces)
