The Service Manager is a key leadership seat, working in close partnership with the General Manager to help execute the company vision while protecting and strengthening our culture. You'll help bring structure, rhythm, and accountability to the service department while staying connected to the people doing the work every day.
This is not a "rip it up and rebuild it" role. It's about learning the business, understanding the team, and then helping us get better—one improvement at a time.
- Coach and develop service technicians using clear expectations, encouragement, and consistent follow-through
- Spend time in the field with technicians to understand challenges and opportunities firsthand
- Help execute company goals through strong communication, simple processes, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with the General Manager to solve issues, remove obstacles, and strengthen team alignment
- Hold people accountable in a way that builds trust and confidence
- Elevate the customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and leadership by example
- Model and reinforce Beyond Wow's core values in daily decisions and interactions
