What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our residential service department while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians
- Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, dispatch coordination, and daily operations
- Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs, revenue goals, and technician performance
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Identify opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance growth
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
- Collaborate with office staff to maximize efficiency and customer experience
What It Takes to Succeed
Required:
β 2 years of service management, supervisory, or leadership experience
β Strong leadership and coaching abilities
β Excellent communication and customer service skills
β Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
β 5 years of residential plumbing experience
β Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
β Proven ability to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
