HVAC Installer (Lead Mechanic)
Buric Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer (Level 3/Lead Mechanic) to join our growing team. Since 2000, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and treating our employees like family.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects
- Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and controls
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Perform system startups, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
- Experience with Mitsubishi and American Standard equipment preferred
- EPA certification and refrigerant recovery knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (overtime available as needed)
