We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to provide strategic and hands-on HR support at a non-union manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a collaborative HR professional who thrives on driving organizational performance, shaping culture, and building talent capabilities.
About the Role
As the Site HR Leader, you’ll deliver HR programs and initiatives that foster engagement, compliance, and business results. Partnering closely with leadership and HR colleagues across the organization, you’ll shape the employee experience and promote a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement HR programs aligned with the overall HR strategy
- Serve as the primary HR contact for site employees and leadership
- Partner with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners to deliver effective solutions
- Interpret and administer site policies and procedures
- Lead or support workplace investigations and employee relations matters
- Drive initiatives to strengthen talent development and organizational capability
- Coach leaders on effective people management practices and workforce motivation
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with the Site Leadership Team to advance culture and performance
- Travel as needed to other sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, including in manufacturing or shift-based environments
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Proven ability to influence, lead change, and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success using data and metrics to guide HR decisions
- Experience implementing process improvements and HR best practices
- Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools preferred
- Prior leadership experience a plus
- Must be able to work on-site full time (Monday–Friday)
