The Real Estate Paralegal will be supporting attorneys in the areas of corporate law, litigation, and/or real estate. This role involves managing case files, editing and preparing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple practice areas.
Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities
- :Draft, proofread, and file legal document
- sOrganize and manage case files and related documentation across multiple practice area
- sConduct legal and factual research using legal databases and public record
- sAssist with preparing cases for hearings, mediations, closings, and trial
- sCoordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendor
- sSupport corporate transactions, including entity formation, annual filings, and corporate governance documentatio
- nAssist with real estate transactions including due diligence, title searches, and document preparatio
- nMonitor deadlines, court dates, and filing schedule

Real Estate Paralegal Requirement
- s:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in corporate law, litigation, and/or real esta
- teStrong knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, and court syste
- msProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software, document management software, and e-filing syste

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
