The Lab Technician will join a longstanding, experienced team that values collaboration. Seasonal contractors are treated as integral members of the team, participating in all discussions, activities, and events. Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Prepare seed samples for quality control testing, including weighing, grinding, and adding buffer.
- Assist senior lab members with tasks as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and quality standards.
- Ensure all documents and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Lab Technician Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of Experience lab experience preferred.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in an agriculture environment preferred.
- Ask questions and seek help when needed.
