Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold food items per recipes and production sheets.
- Portion and plate food attractively and accurately.
- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, processors, etc.).
- Support trayline: assemble, deliver, pick up, and disassemble patient trays.
- Assist nutrition assistants to ensure timely, quality patient service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures; maintain a clean work area.
- Help with special meals or events; restock and organize supplies.
- Report equipment issues promptly and follow all hospital policies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of food service or kitchen experience.
