Inside Sales Account Manager

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial HVAC customers
• Manage recommendation sheets and minor repair proposals
• Obtain pricing and availability to prepare repair proposals and quotes
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and proposals to help close sales
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage inactive customers
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure work is scheduled and fulfilled properly
• Serve as an escalation point for customer and operational issues
• Provide customers with updates regarding their projects and service needs
• Maintain accurate customer and communication records in the CRM
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates
• Process customer orders and coordinate with operations and logistics
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections when needed
• Work closely with technicians, coordinators, management, and other internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
• CRM experience preferred
• HVAC industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
