Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office and Sales Manager located in La Mesa, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves managing office operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The Office and Sales Manager will also contribute to the development of marketing materials and collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office Management, Organizational Skills, and Time Management
  • Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills along with Relationship Building expertise
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products, Industry Regulations, and Risk Management principles
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the insurance industry
