Handyman

Hunter Handyman Services, LLC was established in 2021 and has been growing ever since! We are seeking knowledgeable handypeople with experience who are looking to join our team. Candidates must have a good knowledge of tools and some experience working in repair services, but we will train the right person. This may be a short-term assignment.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas such as electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Fabricate and install fixtures, furniture, and other components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and payments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:
-Strong maintenance knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems

-Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their maintenance needs in a professional manner
- Proficiency in fabricating and installing fixtures using carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and outlets
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide other maintenance staff when necessary
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting automation systems
- Welding skills for repairing metal components or structures
- Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and clients
