What You’ll Do
Employee & HR Support
- Serve as a trusted escalation point for Tier 1 HR inquiries—providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to employees and internal HR partners.
- Handle complex global transactions, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate with CoEs (Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, etc.) to support organization-wide programs.
- Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize HR processes and program delivery.
- Create clear, engaging materials for CoE initiatives.
- Operationalize Learning & Development programs—track enrollments, maintain reporting, and support content preparation.
- Own and maintain HR knowledge base content; partner with subject matter experts to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support People Partners with HR metrics, data extraction, and basic analysis to generate insights.
- Provide reports and participate in ad-hoc projects across HR teams.
- Build strong relationships with People Partners and CoE leaders to drive effective and scalable solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner for global HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to support employees across all levels.
- Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfort with HR systems—ability to extract, organize, and interpret data (beginner-level analysis and visualization).
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Ability to follow processes while also spotting opportunities to innovate and simplify.
- You’ll influence and improve employee-facing HR processes at a global scale.
- You’ll work with a collaborative, supportive HR team that values innovation and transparency.
- You’ll have autonomy to contribute ideas, take ownership, and drive real impact.
