We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across key HR functions and help ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and programs.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records.
Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, escalating issues as appropriate.
Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Support employee relations matters by maintaining documentation and coordinating follow-up actions.
Coordinate and track employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and related processes.
Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Prepare and maintain HR files, reports, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate employee training sessions and track training completion and records.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or administrative role.
Working knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
