Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple excavation and construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion — ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, including tracking potential, approved, and completed projects.
- Prepare detailed quotes and estimates for new and ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Document, track, and manage potential and approved change orders.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Ensure all projects meet safety standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise and support field crews, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project plans while promoting a collaborative and respectful environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and present project progress reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients and team members to promote collaboration and trust.

Skills
- Strong understanding of site work, grading, utilities, and heavy equipment operations.
- Proven ability to develop accurate quotes and estimates, and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello and scheduling/estimating software.
- Must have a consistent and reliable means of communication (such as a working phone) to ensure availability during active projects.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100, $110,000.00 per year
